An incredible antique, possibly ancient lead plaque.
The plaque depicts several naked male and female figures, possibly in a bath house setting. It is certainly very intriguing, my thoughts are it could possibly be a Roman Brothel plaque, but I am not certain on this.
The lead certainly has some age, but whether it is ancient or antique is difficult to discern. It could well be a Grand Tour piece.
It is solid lead and appropriately weighty. The diameter is 12 cm.
Very good condition, with some rubbing wear and minor scratching.
